Ann MarieTAYLORNee Proctor On 9th May 2018 Peacefully in Queenscourt Hospice Aged 54 years of Southport formerly of Formby R.I.P. Dearly loved mum of Susanna and Rebecca, sister of Gerry, John and Clare. Ann will be sadly missed by all her many family and friends. Requiem mass will take place at St. Jerome's Roman Catholic Church Formby on Friday 18th May at 11:00am, followed by the interment at Ainsdale Catholic Cemetery.
